Brewing hot:
- Measure 5 g loose leaf tea (or 2 heaping tsp) per 10 oz water
- Steep in 185°F for 3 minutes
- Strain and serve
Brewing cold:
- Measure 1 tbsp loose leaf tea per 8oz water
- Steep in 185°F steep for about 5 minutes
- Strain and cool to room temperature, then place it in the refrigerator to chill for at least 1-2 hours.
- Pour the chilled tea into glasses filled with ice cubes. Add lemon for color change and sweeteners to taste.
