I’m Kionna, the herbalist, creator, and energy therapist behind Ki Meishon (KM) + The Healing Well Studio.
Born and raised in Los Angeles, I spent much of my life stressed and searching for answers. Over a decade ago, as a single mother of two, I felt hopeless and lost until a sound and breathwork session revealed a power I didn’t know existed.
This transformative experience led me to explore sound therapy and energy healing, peeling away layers of pain and helping me see life anew. I realized I was no longer reacting to life; life was reacting to me. After moving to Georgia in 2017, I searched for the same vibrational and spiritual medicine but couldn’t find it. So, I took action—buying my own bowls, taking courses, and aligning my lifestyle with how I wanted to feel: clear, balanced, and full of life.
In 2020, when the pandemic hit,
I took my knowledge to the next level, becoming certified in energy therapy and sound healing to support others when the world needed it most. I began creating products for myself, my clients, and friends, which led to the birth of KM. The brand spread quickly as I embodied its lifestyle, sharing that wellness doesn’t have to be hard—it just needs to be intentional.
Now, as a mother of four and a wife, I use my products daily and witness incredible growth and healing in myself and my clients. My husband is an instrumental part of helping me run KM, and together we ensure that each product serves as a reminder that Mother Earth has given us everything we need to thrive. By blending ancient techniques with modern life, we aim to make wellness transformative and accessible.
