Flow is our organic lemon hibiscus ginger blend – with a spicy kick, tangy twist, and zesty citrus vibe in every cup. Hot or iced, it’s perfect with any meal. Boost your inner confidence with this vibrant blend.
Sip it hot When it comes to brewing the perfect cup, be mindful with this tea and don’t boil it! The term “delicate flower” has roots in something real — hibiscus doesn’t want to be over-steeped or overheated.
Brewing hot:
- Measure 5 g loose leaf tea (or 2 heaping tsp) per 10 oz water
- Steep at 185°F for 1 minute
- Strain and serve
Brewing cold
Heat water to 185°F, but don’t go boiling! Hibiscus is super sensitive and will turn bitter if you add too much heat too fast. No thermometer? No problem! Just watch for slow, billowy steam, not fast and violent. Steep for 15 minutes, then let it cool to room temp. Add honey and enjoy!
